What are your cancellation or missed appointment policies?
Clients are able to reschedule appointments at anytime with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the appointment time, If the client to cancel their appointment their deposit will be forfeited . To book a reservation, you must deposit 50% of the chosen procedure and the balance at time of arrival must be settled. To reschedule, please email or call us. Clients can also do so reschedule their appointments via our online booking site . We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who have rescheduling of appointments 2 times in a row and their deposit will be forfeited.
